Jesse Stanley
Managing Principal
In 2009, Jesse founded Strongside Principles, a business training and consulting firm established on an asset protection foundation. Strongside delivers innovative training, consulting, and content to an array of industries such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, ministries, entertainment, and government.
Before Strongside, Jesse directed investigations, loss prevention, and security business units for companies with interests across the nation. He then served in senior management with Disney Security for a decade. Recruited to re-engineer the loss prevention efforts of what had been described as the highest-grossing “local” retailer and “largest single-site employer” in the U.S., Jesse’s background and vision were ultimately leveraged to help protect millions of visitors in the difficult operating environment following the attacks on September 11th, 2001.
Jesse’s innovative approach to protecting what matters most is seen in the consequential projects he’s led and championed, including programs designed to help...
- Anyone change their approach to the challenge of disruptive behaviors, use behavior-impacting strategies, and promote business interests.
- Professionals with behavior assessment and identify aggression and concealed weapons using behavioral indicators.
- Organizations quickly develop cross-functional behavioral threat assessment and management teams.
Some of this licensed content has reached well over a million people and counting.
Jesse's diverse experience has opened doors to unique speaking opportunities with many distinguished audiences, including Fortune 100 companies, influential trade associations, non-profit advocacy groups, various government organizations, and local, state, and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. See some of these appearances and presentations below.
Jesse actively serves his community by volunteering with several organizations. He has been designated as both a Certified Protection Professional by ASIS and a Certified Forensic Interviewer by IAI and he holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
